The 1000 tph sand and gravel aggregate production line of Shandong One Building Materials Co., Ltd. adopts two-stage and one closed-circuit production technology. All the equipments are produced by Henan Xingyang Mining Machinery Manufacturer. The main machine adopts ZSW vibrating screening feeder, PE Jaw Crusher, PF large stone special impact crusher, YK round vibrating screen, belt conveyor and other equipment, among which, ZSW vibrating screening feeder can continuously and evenly feed, at the same time can sieve fine materials and have sieve removal Soil function.
Sand stone production line process
Use a forklift (or dump truck) to transport the raw materials to the raw material warehouse; install a simple bar screen installed on the raw material bucket, and remove the bulk material with the particle size >1000mm in the raw material (stacked on the raw material warehouse side, periodically processed), ≤ 1000mm of material into the raw material warehouse. After the soil vibrating screening feeder is installed under the raw material warehouse, the mountain soil in the stone material is drawn to the first sieve through the belt, and the sieve material is broken into the impact crusher.
The sieve material of the soil vibrating screening feeder enters the jaw crusher and the broken material passes through the belt conveyor and enters the impact crusher for secondary crushing. The crushed small stone is conveyed by the belt conveyor. The two circular vibrating screens are firstly sieved coarsely, and the material of >30mm is returned to the impact crusher by the belt conveyor and re-crushed. The ≤30mm is pulled to the third round vibrating screen for fine screening, and the sieve is out ≤ 5mm powder and 5~10mm, 10~20mm, 20~30mm stone materials of three specifications, ≤5mm powder is pulled out by belt conveyor and stored in the yard for use.
