Structure and principle:
This product is mainly composed of power plant, frame, birdbath, grinding wheel, pan and other components.
First, the motor (diesel engine) drives the power to the reducer. Driven by the reducer, the torque is transferred to the upper horizontal shaft through the large vertical shaft, and then to the roller through the pull rod installed at both ends of the horizontal shaft, so that the roller generates driving force and rotates counterclockwise along the horizontal direction of the horizontal shaft.
When working, the roller can not only revolve around the large vertical shaft of the wet mill, but also rotate around the central axis of the roller.
Operation process of wet pan mill:
1.When inputting gold sand into the rolling drum, the rollers compress the sand over and over into tiny particles.
2. Please put in 5 kg mercury at first, the mercury can absorb the gold or other metals.
3. At last, use a high-density red cloth to wrap mercury up.
4. Then squeeze it, the mercury will be pressed out and pure gold stayed.
5. As to the large capacity, we can use mercury shaking machine and mercury steamer to replace the manual work.
